As of 01.10.2020, the truck toll tariffs for natural gas-powered vehicles have been newly regulated. have been revised.rnrnSince January 1, 2019, vehicles primarily powered by natural gas have been exempt from the truck toll. The exemption applies until December 31, 2023 and will be limited to factory -delivered Euro VI vehicles.rnrnAdditionally, the toll exemption expires on September 30, 2021 for vehicles that have been retrofitted or have one or more natural gas tanks added, as well as for natural gas vehicles that do not meet the Euro VI emission class.
- The claim is subject to the the 3-year limitation period.
- Bivalent drives are also partially exempt from tolls.

How high are my reimbursement claims?
The exact amount of the reimbursement claims is determined by the distances driven by the vehicles that fulfil the preconditions for toll exemption. Since we check the documents of the vehicles as part of the audit, we have a reimbursement rate of 100% for the claims we file. You will therefore receive the full invoice amount minus our success commission.
Will the refund be automatic by Toll Collect?
Even if case law has ruled that the toll for corresponding natural gas-powered vehicles is illegal, you must take action. An automatic refund of the amounts paid will not be made. To avoid losing additional money, you should act immediately. We will support you quickly and promptly, if necessary also in court.

What are the requirements for toll exemption?
The propulsion must be entirely or at least predominantly with CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) or NG (Natural Gas) or LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas). Propulsion with LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) is not exempt. The predominance of propulsion with natural gas must be proven with suitable documentation upon request.rnrnIn addition, propulsion with CNG or NG or LNG must be entered in the registration documents under P.3.rnrnIn addition to the above-mentioned requirements, the motor vehicle must have one or more natural gas tanks with the following minimum capacity:rnrn- CNG: at least 300 litres or 50 kg;rn- LNG: at least 300 litres or 115 kg;rn- NG: at least 300 litres.
How do I get my money?
After all documents have been submitted to us, the chancery & lawyers will take all necessary steps to file your claim. As soon as the chancery have received your refund, they will transfer your money to your company account minus our success commission.
